2/​14-​I went in for a gel pedicure for the first time here, I waited 20 minutes (Make an appointment) which I didn’t mind but I quickly caught on that if you make an appointment you’ll be seated right away!
Lonnie performed my pedicure and the foot massage by itself was the best I’ve ever had! She took her time and put in effort. So so so pleased going to this shop!
I will defiantly be back!

This place is my favorite! All of the employees are so nice and I love getting my nails done here. I usually make an appointment and I have never had an issue with waiting too long before they can take me. My mom and I usually get our gel manicures done by Bee. She’s awesome!

I wish I could give them negative stars, came in for a regular pedicure, and get charged for a spa pedicure. What a rip off, u have to do, what customer wants, not just massage and charge more money.
I will never be back, u lost a loyal customer!!!

i posted my picture, my words, nails popped off after 5days, ths never has happened to me, he couldn’t give me what i asked, acrylic color powder baby boomer. an he was very rude, cold, answered the phone like 10times doing my nails Very unprofessional, For my first time my daughter set up apt for us, my bday gift, there an Will Never go back, People shouldnt work with people if your not a people person, hire receptioist, to answer your phones an greet your clients, for what we pay, Were clients trying to go to you, an send clients your way, By way a guy did my nails, forgot his name.

My girlfriend been coming here for sometime now. And for the third time the lady name Lonnie (Lon) took care of her and she received the best treatment from her. Highly recommend her very thorough with her work!!! Be back every two weeks

I recently moved from Fairfield to the Antioch area during the Summer & stumbled upon this nail shop while browsing Unilocal.I’m a huge fan of coffin shaped nails & Noni (I think that’s her name) did it PERFECTLY. All of the ladies are so sweet & were giving me compliments. It made me feel really good. I also had the classic pedicure. They did a great job on that as well. I think I’ve found my permanent nail shop :)

Walked in today an hour before closing and they still saw me. I got a deluxe pedicure with Tammy, she is awesome! She talked to me and was very friendly, she did a great job on the pedicure and really took her time. They have signs all over their shop letting customers know how important they are, and they welcome any suggestions. Before I left Tammy had me write down my name and phone number and entered me into a drawing to win a designer purse. How cool! I will definitely be back, and I would definitely recommend Tulip’s!

I’ve been going to Tulip Nails for awhile now before I was able to write a review. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in the east bay, but hands down Tulips is the best.
My last two appointments I was coming from work and ended up running late but luckily they understood and still took me in.
Mina is the BEST in my opinion, she’s very personable and tries to remember every client that comes in. She is very social and tries
To interact with everyone. She shares her opinion too when your searching for a new color and does not push you to get gel because it costs more (like most nail salons in Brentwood). Bee does my pedicures and just like Mina she’s really good at her craft, and she’s very social

Lovely nail art, pedicures are on point:-) Walk-​ins are not always accommodated. It’s better to make an appointment to ensure a spot for you! Totally worth the extra effort though.

If you are looking for a clean and friendly nail salon, you came to the right page. As soon as I came in, Tulip nail employees made me feel comfortable and welcome.
Pros:
— I called ahead for an appointment and wasn’t kept waiting for more than 5 minutes.
— next to each pedicure chair was a menu of services with prices! This was an amazing amenity because I knew exactly what I was getting and how much it would cost
— the technician (she didn’t give me her name) gave me the greatest leg massage. She really took her time.
— the salon was clean and has recently undergone renovations.
Cons:
— if I had a minor complaint, it would be that cash is the preferred payment method. While it is not necessary to pay in cash, I wish I had known this before coming in so I could be prepared.

I loved this place for many reasons BUT nails Pop off. I thought it was a one time thing and then it happened again. Who has time to continue to go in over and over for a fix? Owners are very sweet and place clean but nails don’t last which is a bummer! Nails lasted 5 days the first time and 3 days the next. We have never had this happen before at any other place.
IN 14 DAYS I have paid for two sets of nails that pop off in the shower

I got a pedicure and full set of gel nails done here. I don’t get fancy designs so I was a little disappointed with this place. My pedi was good but my toe nails weren’t painted well. The nail polish ran onto my cuticles and lady didn’t do a great job cleaning them up. My nails didn’t come out good, the guy was multi tasking between my nails, answering the phone, marking the appointment book and greeting clients. The shape and thickness of one hand vs the other varies. They are very nice and fast though. If you’re not looking for someone meticulous then you’ll be fine going here. If you’re picky like me though I’d search elsewhere.

I do highly recommend making an appointment at least a day or two ahead of time, tulip has gained alot of popularity from their awesome reputation and get very busy!

I used to frequent here, but today’s experience was terrible. I had to wait 30 min (which I didn’t mind) except after I was seated in a chair I was immediately moved to the very end station with this guy who went way too fast and kept running around and scratching his face etc. He kept hitting my hands with the nail file, and buffed my skin raw. I got a half ass massage at the end.
If I ever come again, I’m making appt and requesting one of the very talented ladies that take their time and are attentive.

Called around 5:30 to see if they were available for a walk in before they closed, they put me down for 6:15 and I was about 5 minutes late b/​c of traffic so i called and told them they said it was alright. When i got there i waited 5 minutes– no biggie. I got a full set acrylic with gel polish. My middle and index nails are uneven; the lefts are longer than the rights. I chose a nice burgundy color this time, a woman even complimented it & decided she wanted the same color. I was charged $ 35 but i’ve been here twice before (full set acrylic with gel both times) and i paid $ 25 each visit so i don’t know why he charged me $ 10 extra this time. That annoyed me. He walked away before I could even ask why he charged more than before. Don’t know if I’ll be back.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now and I love it! Its such a great place and not cramped at all like other places. They’re pedicures are fantastic and they have a choice of different type you can get. The employees are also very friendly and they make sure everything is perfect before you leave the chair. And the designs. they are amazing! Must go here for manis and pedis!

I love this place! Today was my first time coming here & I love it! Prices are awesome, service is great & the atmosphere is perfect! Love how they keep a conversation going while they do your nails & they ask for your opinion if you like how your nails are turning out step by step. This place totally deserves 5 stars! I was going to Bella nail salon in Pittsburg, & don’t get me wrong, I love them too! Their work is very well but prices are OUT OF THIS WORLD! A full set is 40 $ + & a fill is $ 40! WHAT?! Here at tulip their fill with gel polish is only $ 25! Awesome! This is for sure my new spot! Come check them out!
