Great pharmacy staff. My father drives out of his way just to come to this location. They always try to resolve issues even with all the hurdles insurance companies put them through.

I want to shop here as they are less than a mile from my home. I switched to them when they opened maybe 8 years ago. They have yet to get my prescriptions filled without problems usually trying to blame my Dr. for their mistakes. They fill generics when I request brands, inevitably can’t fill or mess up in filling quantities, are the most inefficient I’ve ever encountered in any business(& I have run Fortune 500 Companies). I rarely get out of there at the window in less than 15 minutes. Everyone apologizes, but the errors and lethargy to correct. The staff gets worse, not better. The good ones leave. PS-I spend around $ 30,000. in Rx’s with them annually. Seems, somebody should care? G

Do you love going to the drug store but hate when those pesky cashiers are at the register when you’re trying to check out? Boy, do I have the place for you! This Walgreens is just like every other Walgreens in Nashville. Same layout(registers are on the right side when you come in), same prices. It’s a little fancy because the drinks are behind a glass door and not out in the open like those other hedonistic Walgreens you see. This Walgreens is classy and it knows it. In fact, this Walgreens is SO classy that they don’t even bother with having cashiers at the register. I go in there at least once a week to get a drink… and I have yet to see a cashier at the register. Not once. Sometimes you wait around looking and they’ll pop up… sometimes you’ll stand around looking for an employee and someone will pop up at the photo counter or the cosmetics counter. However, I have yet to see an actual cashier in the checkout line. The store meets the basic concept of being a Walgreens, but appears lack the basic concept of «cashiers». I’ve actually stopped going there… the convenience of it being in my direct route to the interstate to-and-from work is cancelled out by the inconvenience of no one manning the registers. It’s sad, because I feel like royalty whenever I open the glass door to retrieve my Arizona tea.
