Are these people even in business? I used their webpage and phone number to leave multiple messages asking about an outdoor kitchen/bbq now and a pool in the future but never heard back.

We used West Coast Pools to put in our pool and they were great.
They were very friendly and helpful with designing the pool
They were willing to come to Dublin to do the pool (they are in Brentwood)
They were reasonably priced
They were within the timeline they gave us
They finished the pool on time and within budget! Yay! Our neighbors pool was 6 months past the time they said and $ 100k over budget — :(
This is rare with pool builders in this area (everywhere?) because a couple of our neighbors used other builders who sucked.
