WR Properties & Property Management

My husband and I have a home in Brentwood that WR Properties has been managing for us for the past year. I must say I’ve had a great experience with them. WR has been awesome in all our interactions. They have attacked all of our challenges as homeowners and, in my opinion, really set themselves apart from other Management Teams. There policies have really helped us to feel like our home is in good hands and they have taken away the stress of managing ourselves. The office staff has been great, they are super knowledgeable and always friendly.

False Wesley Olsen! You can cite your friends as your lobby all you wish esp when one of them sits on the BOD of the Delta Association of Realtors!!! And i wonder if you recall 655 Indiana Avenue??? And if you have deceived anyone into that dilapidated unit??? Slumlord!!! You are disreputable, dishonorable, and incompetent!!! And you know it!!! Renters!!! Beware!!!

Beware Beware Beware! I would rather trust my 8 year old daughter to manage my property then this incompetent negligent reality group. The tenants that they will rent your property to are unbelievable!!! I seriously wonder whats their screening process if there is any? Their tenants That I had an experience with did nothing but party with loud music, sell drugs out the property, and smoked marijuana all day outside the property (there even was a shooting at the property with these tenants) And yes WR Properties continued to rent to these people) From the very beginning I tried working with Westley regarding his tenants since my family oriented tenants with small children were very disturbed and concerned about this type of behavior. WR Properties did nothing to stop this behavior from their tenants and continued to be deliberately negligent. I wish I could give them a no star rating.

I literally could not say worse things about this property management company. They have an excuse for everything that they do. I went to the ends of the earth to try and get them to assist us with a tenant that we were having trouble with. After calling a fraud investigator, they eventually left but it was like jumping through hoops.
I would not recommend using them. They literally have an excuse for every reason in the book as to why the tenant is right and to excuse their behavior because they don’t want to get in trouble. Newsflash: you are a property manager and have rights yourself. Use them.

We met Shannon Coe over one year ago when we first considered short selling our home. She was very professional, caring and prompt. After taking pictures of our home and signing the documents to sell our home, we decided not to move forward, opting instead to continue attempting to work with the lenders for a modification. When we called Shannon to advise her that we had changed our mind, she was very understanding. Fast forward… almost a year later and many failed attempts of working with the lender we decided once again to short sell our home. Remembering Shannon and how professionally, kind and patiently she had dealt with us, we once again gave her a call. Imagine our surprise that she not only remembered us, but still had the documents and pictures she had taken the previous year! Shannon understood the decision we were making was not our neighbors business. We were advised our home could be listed for sale without putting a sign in the yard. Within one week we had an offer for our home! Through out the entire process both Shannon & Michele Bethea have communicated with us in a VERY timely manner, keeping us fully informed. It didn’t stop there, both Shannon and Michele assisted in our finding another place to live, protecting us from any possible scams! This team has gone above and beyond the call of duty in working with us during this very emotional time. We would HIGHLY recommend anyone seeking to sell or buy a home to work with WR Properties. If in the future we are in the position to once again purchase a home, we will definitely be calling WR Properties! Thank you for respecting us as people, not treating us as a means to earn a commission and for being so understanding!

Patient, smart, calm with you and bulldogs when fighting for you. We had a great experience with Keisha Zogg and the whole team at WR. Keisha stuck with us for eight months through a crazy short sale, fighting for us all the way. Then she sold our old house in days! We have nothing but love for Keisha and crew.

Don’t recommend for Property Management! They appear friendly and professional on the surface but that’s all. Very flaky when it comes to returning calls. They had our property for 8 weeks on the market (with good pricing) during the summer and could not find a single renter (our new property manager took only 3 weeks in Nov! to find one).
Another friend of ours had similar bad experiences with them when trying to sell their home.
Positive: Friendly
Negative: Flaky with call backs and promised follow ups. Poor marketing, Empty promises!
If you need a good Property Manager look somewhere else!
