Do not leave a loved one here to die! Many accusations of abuse and neglect with no management changes to date. Floor staff cares but that doesn’t matter when upper management and administrator only care about census and retaliating against employees they feel might have called the constantly visiting state inspectors. Lack of training and fabricated dementia diagnoses mean lots of poor souls locked up in a terrible unit for the rest of their lives.
