Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

Buyer Beware! This is not a Verizon Store. They are a reseller of Verizon contracts and they sell their phones at up to 30% higher than true Verizon Stores. That is acceptable, but what is not is the young lady that helps us lied when she said that the phones were exactly the same price… not true! She also told my son that they did not have the 64MB Samsung S6 and when we suggested we should go to the Verizon store in Arden… she said no one carries them in stock. Again, not true Verizon-​Arden has several of them. Finally, i was sent an email from Verizon offering me a $ 200 trade-​in on my iPhone 5 which she said she would honor. At the end of the transaction, she said i would receive an email from Verizon giving me instructions on how to send back the iPnone for credit. When I got the email and entered my information, they onlty offered $ 110.00. So my visit to the FAKE Verizon store in Brevard cost me an additional $ 250. When I called and asked why I was lied to, Ashley told me that I had signed a contract and that there was nothing that could be done! I hope your commission was worth it!
