What a great discovery! Wide selection, high quality chocolates. Light & dark well represented. I’ve only tried(so far) dark turtles, dark covered pecans & cashews and dark crisps – all awesome. Overall I rank their products as competitive with the best anywhere else in USA.

Seriously… who wouldn’t give this place 5 stars!!! I’m such an addict of chocolate and this place fulfilled my needs!!! I couldn’t resist getting as many varieties but I did have to keep an eye I my wallet. Lol. So in the end I have to mention two things. My boy loves the white chocolate white squirrel. It is the town mascot I guess but the chocolate is on a stick and my boy devoured it. It was yummy. I can’t review all the chocolates so I’ll just recommend the coconut chocolate bite. It was amazing. It tasted so fresh! The service was nice. I felt like I was genuinely appreciated. I had been there a couple of times before and they remembered me. That is always nice. Go check it out!

Evil! Addictive! Avoid at all costs! I don’t want you depleting my supply. Enough said.

Loved this little shop. The owner & chcolatier(is that the name for them?) was so nice. His enthusiasm about what he does — making yummy chocolates — was definitely evident. It was a fun little adventure. Just a word, this place is a few steps off of Main Street, down sort of an ally /back street. They are across the street from Square Root(a good little restaurant with wonderful architecture and ubber nice staff.)

I’ve been to Downtown Chocolates several times this year and we loved it so much we used them as wedding favors. If I remember correctly they have at least 20 varieties of chocolate truffles plus all sorts of clusters, peanut butter cups, and even chocolate covered twinkies. They’ll have seasonal options as well — this month they had something with pumpkin. Our favorite chocolates are the Mexican chocolate, Banana Pudding, Irish crème, and Milk chocolate with Peanut Butter. We were warned by George that the Mexican chocolate was hot — we liked the heat but a few friends(and espeically kids) did not. We told Downtown Chocolates are wedding color was inidigo blue — they put the chocolates in indigo blue boxes and added some pine cones on top — those boxes were so cute and all boxes with and without chocolates were taken by our guests after the wedding — they were a hit. My husband loves the chocolate covered twinkies — it doesn’t matter if we have eaten a big meal — he will make room for the chocolate covered twinkie and get a cup of coffee at Downtown Chocolates to have with it. I liked the twinkie too. Definitely try Downtown Chocolates out if you are in Brevard and want something sweet. They are also great to work with for favors.

What amazing chocolate! Super friendly staff always willing to share new items. They almost always drop an extra piece or 2 in the bag… The chocolate is better than most! We always stop in when we visit Brevard.
