Love this place! Old, quiet, sweet, a little time capsule in beautiful surroundings. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The home made breakfast was excellent, served in the sunroom. Spend the early morning watching a white squirrel play in the tree in front of our room. Will be back!

Stayed here on a recent trip to Asheville — it’s about a 30 minute drive from the Biltmore Estate. The house is on the NTHP registers and is an absolutely wonderful Victorian building. You will be able to find all kinds of interesting goodies in the house when you walk around. We stayed in the Annex. You can hear everything. The walls and the floors are not sound proof at all. You get breakfast with the booking. It’s a sit-down where they bring you a tonne of food. Everything is good(although not amazing) and for the amount you are spending, it’s an excellent deal. You can tell the owners/management really care, but it certainly isn’t up to the luxury of staying at a bigger chain hotel or one of the cute boutique B&Bs that are around now. I’d probably stay again more for the charm of the place than anything.
