Pizza Hut

I only give this place 1 star because there is no option to give it zero. I placed a delivery order online which quoted me a delivery time of 35 minutes for a place 5 minutes from my house but given the holiday season, no problem there, afterall I was in my p.j.s and toasty. After waiting 55 minutes I called to inquire about when my order would arrive. I was told that they only had 1 delivery driver and was assured they would be at my house «any minute». After 15 more minutes with still no pizza, I called back to again inquire about the whereabouts of my pie. They blamed the delivery driver but after informing them that I didn’t feel I should have to pay for the order, they agreed to refund my payment. They also said «do you know what it is like having 5 deliveries?» (no, I am not kidding). I told them I wanted them to remake the pizza and I would come pick it up. During the 10 minutes I waited before leaving to get the pizza, the delivery driver showed up who I kindly informed I was refusing the order. Upon arriving to the restaurant, there was the same and apparently lone delivery driver parked out back. I pulled up to the window of their convenient drive-​thru (as I was of course still in my p.j.s) and waited another 10 minutes before they handed me my «order”-which was not my order. The personal pan pizzas for my kids were now a medium and my large pan pizza was now hand tossed, whatever. I then hungrily went home and prepared to run a train on this pie and breadstick delight. I opened the box and… WTF? this cold slab of pie was almost 2 hours old! I swear, there is no denying that this was the same pizza they tried to deliver to my house. The joke was on me and unfortunately my 6 and 8 year old kids. Thanks Pizza Hut! Never again. By the way, I am now the lone delivery driver and they are getting the whole order right back tomorrow.
