I have had better. Most things taste the same. Really oily! I will say that the spare ribs are decent. The stir fried green beans are good too.

A recent Friday we were working & starving in Brewer at 8:30PM, the TS Buffet is open«serving» until 10PM(Friday, maybe every night). I’d suggest sticking to copious amounts of shrimp versions and/or other non-battered items. The garlic green beans are a «Best Choice». The salmon-in-a-warming-pan was tried by my hero. There was sushi available. Low price buffet, a nice crew.

When I lived in Bangor, I loved this place. You can’t beat $ 3.99 on Tuesdays for lunch. The food isn’t spectacular, but it’s as solid as you’ll find at any normal Chinese buffet(and better I think than some of the fancier places in town, like Oriental Jade). Especially in the summer. Just grab a book and go hang out in air-conditioned comfort for a couple of hours. They’re very nice and won’t kick you out unless the place is packed(which you can avoid by going after about 1PM).

I really prefer Happy China Buffet to this, but some of my friends think this place is better. It has a combo of Chinese and American food(hence Twin Super). The best part of the buffet is the fried dough.
