Res-Com Heating & Air Conditioning

It’s 28 degrees in Syracuse and I’m currently sitting in my nice warm house because of these guys. My heat went out last night so I called another Unilocal recommended company this morning and told them that I couldn’t keep my pilot light lit. Their guy took 1.5 hours to diagnose the problem (igniter module) and find parts to fix it. Then he said it would be $ 650 because the parts had to be overnighted in. I went to Res-​com to see if I should consider replacing the whole furnace (It is about my age, folks!). I thought they only do installs, but they’ll repair anyone’s furnace too. They were very respectful and gave me lots of information. Then the owner let me use his office to call my friends to get their opinions. Then he sent two guys over who installed the part right away for $ 330. Res-​com uses universal parts, which saves everyone time and money! And they make you feel like you are their number one customer.
