no integrity … no gratitude … no customer service ! doing business with this company meant nothing to this owner. i called them and told them i was short a box in a shipment and they told me to take my business elsewhere. they were nasty and disrespectful on the phone and didn’t care about 5 years of past business. they just hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. there was no respect or dignity. they never considered doing the right thing ! don’t do businese with this company !

I’ve ordered from Value mailers many times over the past 4 years. Lately their service and the quality of their products has significantly deteriorated so I won’t be rushing back to order from them anytime soon.

Purchased a box of small padded envelopes from this company on their eBay page. I sent a request to cancel the order but the request was denied. I figured no big deal, I will just take the mailers even tho i no longer needed them. I sent a eBay message to make sure they understood that it was ok to go ahead and ship the item, that I did not need to cancel. They informed me the item would be shipped out on Friday Feb 27. Around Wednesday March 4th I contacted wanting to know where the package was. They stated that they were confused on if I actually wanted to cancel or if I wanted the item sent, I replied and told them to go ahead and ship it, and not to worry about the cancellation. They Promised to have it in the mail by Friday March 6th. On Monday March 9th the package STILL had not been shipped, So I contacted again trying to get to a resolution. I was told again on Monday that they thought I wanted to cancel. At that point i started to loose my cool. I replied«If you THOUGHT I wanted to cancel, WHY didn’t you refund me a week ago?» Today is Friday March 13th, The package was NEVER shipped, I am now demanding a refund. The person managing the ebay page began to get snarky with me after my quoted reply above, and is now trying to extort me to leave positive feedback before he issues me a refund. This company is ran by scam artists. Avoid at all costs. It may cost more to buy mailers elsewhere, but at least you know you aren’t getting scammed in the process. Credit card dispute has been filed.

Purchased their small bubble wrap; utter garbage. The bubbles were barely filled and they had the temerity to write to me and tell me it’s «high quality» made by the Sealed Air Corp. What a crock. It would be funny if it weren’t so sad. 0 stars for this outfit.

I use Value Mailers for all my boxes and bags — very fast service — I can’t even believe how fast the boxes come to me. Always packed well and at a fantastic price. I once had an issue, but my problem was handled well and fixed promptly. Doing a great deal of shipping myself, I understand that every once in a while a mistake is made so I don’t hold it against them and my customer service experience was wonderful… even when I have made mistakes myself and entered the wrong ‘ship to’ address they have always been kind about it and fixed it for me. I order a lot of boxes and there was only one small mistake in years of ordering. I never have to worry about stocking a massive amount of boxes because they ship so quickly I can save the space for inventory. I never get stuck without the right size box — if I need something I have it in a day or two and can still ship to my customers promptly. I like that they give me options on how many I would like to order with upfront pricing and an easy to understand discount policy — order more, better price, easy peasy. My previous box company had this whole system that just made ordering a hassle of time consuming phone calls — Value Mailers is easy and upfront… and I need that in my busy day. Value Mailers helps me run my business effectively and I really appreciate that. as of 2015 I would have to recommend if you are ordering from this company… do it through eBay. occasionally they send the wrong thing and through the website — it can be a bit of a hassle to get them to take back the the return… not that they are rude or unhelpful, there are just more annoying hoops to jump through — like sending photos and waiting days for a response and being stuck with all these large packages laying around… so at least if something goes wrong, eBay will issue a return label immediately.

I was a customer for several years buying mailers. Very simple. I always bought the same mailers and never had any issue. For the first time, I decided to order shipping labels in addition to the mailers. I was shipped a different product than what was shown on their web site. I wrote a polite email explaining the problem. Instead of just taking care of the problem, I was sent a series of grammatically incorrect emails ranging from argumentative to accusatory saying that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Each consecutive email not only ignored what I was saying but became more and more angering. All I wanted was to either keep the $ 12 item with a partial refund(since I could use it but it would cost me a little more postage) or return it for a full refund. Every email response I got just continued to tell me I was wrong about the product. When I called their«customer service» # the next day, to try to resolve the problem, it became obvious that the person I had been emailing with was in the room with the woman who answered the phone and was swearing profusely and loudly in the background and telling her what to say. I just gave up at that point and resolved to never give them my business again. I found out afterward that the person that I had been communicating with was the owner, Roland. In fairness, I had no problem with the product or service up to this point. This was the first and only time I ever contacted them with any issue. The way he handled my inquiry could be used as a prime example of WHATNOTTODO in regards to customer service. All of this over a single $ 12 item. I have saved the emails and would be happy to show them to anyone who wants to see them. Mostly, I URGE you to ask yourself if customer service matters before ordering anything from this company.

Found these guys on eBay. They have great deals on poly bubble mailers, at prices far far below what you will find at Staples, Office Depot, etc. Shipping was very fast.
