BDC is a wonderful camp. I recommend it to all my family and friends.

Horrible!!! Owner covers«bullying» with«rough play». A once beloved and nurturing environment has become an unsafe & scary place to my child. From councellors congregating during unscheduled activities to numerous calls to higher ups about concerns of bullying(including non returned phone calls), the whole summer was sad and disappointing. My child once loved TFS and BDC and now afraid to even drive past the driveway! We are telling everyone we know about our experience there and how the administration handled things.

I think this camp is great, although a little expensive for those in the middle class level it’s very worth it. We picked this camp was terrified of being in the water, specially pools, to the point that no drop of water could get on her face or she would start screaming. They offer semi private swimming lessons so we signed her up. A week later, she was not scared of getting her face wet and she was walking across the pool without being scared. The only thing I was not exactly happy about is you really don’t know who the staff is… I talked to the camp counselors all the time but I could never get to the actual teachers. Never talked to the director either. Also my daughter had a bad fall, she had bad scrapes and no one called me so when I saw my daughter’s face all scraped when I went to pick her up I was a little shocked. Besides this, a great camp and we’re definitely coming back next year!

This is wonderful amazing day camp in Brewster on Cape Cod. My two children have been going for four years and they love it more every year. The founding Galazzi family runs the camp they founded in 1981. Our children are challenged every day to grow with variety of activities that range from physical to social. I love the camps motto: Courage, Hope, Good Spirit, and Peace!
