Brewster Pools

My husband and I purchased our pool from Brewster Pools, after the harsh winter we saw that ice tore the pool lining. In the first week of MAY, my husband went to Brewster Pools to ask them for a price to fix the pool. The owner said he could not give us a quote without looking at the pool, to see if the structure had damage (it didn’t) but still he sad he had to look it. Last week of May still hadn’t come to see the pool. Went back in June, they apologized and say they would come in the week The last week of June still hadn’t come. Now its July my husband goes back they promise they were coming still no Brewster pools. So now I call and complain and the girl gives me an estimate over the phone and tells me we have to hurry up and tell her whether we want the work done. REALLY. After two almost three months telling me they have to physically see the pool they just give me an estimate over the phone! Why couldnt they have done that from the jump?! Needless to say I called another pool company from Brewster who came out looked at my pool ordered the liner and installed in less than ONE WEEK and a cheaper price ! Sorry Brewster pool terrible customer service!
