Gaetano Pizza

Mediocre pizza. Not the best in the area. Brought home a pie and my husband ate only 1 slice. Had to throw the rest out. Bland and tasteless. Really disappointed.

Went there and got a couple of slices. Tall guy at counter does not even gear you. No hello or can I help you. Then I placed my order. He then rings me up. After I gave him my money no thank you or anything. Very bad customer service. How hard is it to say hello can I help you and thank you for coming. Good was good but customer service is everything today

We order from them every week. I like it but I wish they had more variety. The white is my favorite (sometimes I add pepperoni) Sooo good. I wish they had some sort of Chicken Alfredo and spinach pizza (a girl can dream). But the staff is so nice and it’s just a comfy place to be where you’ll probably run into everyone you know in this town. Oh and much like any other place in Brewster– they don’t deliver.

I think this pizzeria has the best pie in town, they also have a bunch of different pizzas for whatever your craving, the price is decent for what you get.

Originally from Long Island which has some of the best pizza around so trying to find a good pizza place up in Brewster-​Fairfield area has been a challenge. So far after a few months this place is winning. My wife and I only had a few specialty slices but they were very good. A little salty for some reason but good enough to forget about. Not oily and not cardboard.
The place is in a good shopping center with ample amount of parking. The interior of the pizza place can use some updating. The floors need to be redone and the place should be brought up to the 21^st century with some technology.
The staff up front was young but was able to handle the customers. They should have polos with the places name on it to up their «appearance» and seem more professional. Greeting the customers also could help them out.
Pricing seemed a little high but with the U.S. Government screwing he farmers over I can’t really blame them for passing costs onto customers.
I’ll probably return in the future if I’m in that area.

Awesome pizza!!! We order from Gaetanos whenever the urge for pizza strikes (which is honestly, pretty frequently). The BEST whole wheat crust I’ve ever had.

Who forgets the buffalo sauce on BUFFALO WINGS!!! We got plain… dry…overcooked wings. Also, they told me 20 minutes for my order. When I walked in at the 18 minute mark they were JUST putting my pizza in. Waited another almost 15 minutes on top of the 20 they told me.

Food is decent, we come here once in a while. Tonight I got to tell them that not only was the place filthy dirty but it was HOT. No a. c

After giving this business rave reviews and being a good and constant customer, the past 2 times we have ordered from there have been raging nightmares. The kid who takes the order refuses to pay attention and comes across rude and bored. Tonight we ordered stuffed shells and fettuccini alfredo with chix and broccoli. The fettuccini smelled sour a soon as my husband came home. After thinking/​hoping it was perhaps the container that smelled, we sat down to dinner. I tasted the alfredo sauce and gagged! Rancid! There is no way it left there without someone knowing it was bad. I ended up throwing it away and then taking the trash outside immediately. My husband’s stuffed shells were so bland (no salt, no flavor) and the Tomatoe sauce was just not the gaetanos we knew and loved. Dogs got the stuffed shells. I’m sick to my stomach and my husband ate a peanut butter and jelly after a 10 hour day at work. Shame on Gaetanos for raising prices and lowering quality!

Stopped here for lunch driving to the in-​laws in PA. Offer ziti pizza: crispy thin crust, nice sauce and ziti. Carbs on carbs — a new pizza for us. Decadent way to start the New Year.

The pizza was really good. I ate the whole thing.
They even made my crazy picky pizza which not every pizza place will do which is annoying.
Anyway will definitely be coming back when I can

We ordered the chicks parm pizza. The chicken on the pizza tasted like chicken nuggets. Sauce was tasteless. Crust was thin yet without any body Service what great.

Grilled chicken with a drizzle of hot sauce over it is not buffalo. The service is great and the place was clean but unimpressed with the food unfortunately.

The thin crust pizza here is great. Inside the restaurant is ok, not really a place to sit and relax. But we love to order out from here.

Its a decent slice of pizza. Nothing over the top but definitely satisfying. If you like thin crust new York style pizza then you will be happy. The only thing I could say would have made it better was if they used hand sliced pepperoni. Far better flavor. Would be back if I am in the area again

Absolutely the best pizza ever!!! I worked in the pizza business when I was a teenager and have not liked pizza ever since. I find it too soft and greasy. It seems like most pizzas are just a bunch of toppings places on dough. No art to it. No flavor. However, Gaetanos has a crispy/​crunchy dough that holds the ingredients. It adds to the flavor of the topping. And the toppings are so artfully chosen. The vegetables and cheeses and meats and sauces are just set in perfect harmony!!! Not one flavor is overwhelming. Love love love this pizza. The staff is friendly and you get quick service.

It’s soooooo dirty. I am baffled by the reviews here; the food is totally ordinary, if not tasteless, but the place is absolutely filthy. The food encrusted chairs, the uncleaned tables, the floor — everything. It’s just gross. Avoid at all costs — I cannot for the life of me figure out why everyone raves about this place.

They have a great selection of specialty slices — buffalo chicken, lasagna, chicken Marsala, BBQ — all delicious.
nice clean place, friendly staff — not cheap, but nothing this good is cheap.

This was my best experience in Carmel, and my favorite place to have pizza. Thin, crispy, with a perfect sauce. Great topping selections, and salads to boot… awesome.

This restaurant may not appear as fancy as the diner across. However the food is definitely 4 – 5 stars. Worth the trip.
