So I know nothing about this new owner, but I went there several years back and haven’t returned since. Not only did the owner at the time scold me about not coming often enough (I was going for a ridiculously expensive Keratin treatment and I couldn’t afford to go more than twice a year), she also gave me a trim THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR AND THEN CHARGED ME $ 50 for it. Absolutely disgusting. Hopefully she is long gone. And I had been a loyal customer for about 2 years. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
