OK, so I did write a review in 2014, but listen to this.
My washing machine went to laundry heaven on Sunday 11÷1÷2015.
I was going to call for a service appointment with Sears, and I did.
They were supposed to come on Monday, morning window, on 11⁄2.
November 2 comes and I get a call that the tech is sick and Sears would not be able to come till Wednesday.
I was not happy.
I canceled the appointment.
Figuring that the washer was 10 years old and basically was run every day in the that time,
I went to PC Richards on Monday morning, bought a Whirlpool front loader.
I would have it Tuesday morning. Next day delivery!
8am Tuesday morning, the delivery came.
Old machine removed.
Frank and Chris were terrific.
Frank even helped with cleaning the area after the old machine was removed.
New machine placed, connected, and done.
Just reinforces that PC Richards is number 1 in my book.
They are my go to guys.

I just want to say that Jay with PC Richards service dept. is fantastic. Everytime I have had an issue with an appliance ., Jay has come ASAP and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Aside from that. What a nice guy! So pleasant, answers all of your questions, truly enjoys his job and radiates enthusiasm. A+++

This store is the best. We have been coming here since this store has ben opened the salesmen are knowledge of their products and are very friendly.
We have purchased many things here and never had a bad service. As for their manager Jason he runs this store like a well oiled machine can’t get any better than that.
