We hired Perfectly Clear to paint 4 rooms, fix the ceiling in our bathroom, and replace some hardware. Richard went above and beyond. He painted our doors, fixed some wall hardware I hadn’t noticed, put up shelves for us and a number of other small jobs that needed doing. Everything was done excellently and timely. He was up front with pricing, extremely reasonable and always promptly on time. He also consulted with us on the best way to do things, even if his recommended way was cheaper than what we had originally intended. He was also very nice along the way! We have already hired him for more jobs around the house (sealing our driveway for one) and will continue to do so.

Rich just left after doing many jobs in our home. We are very pleased with his work. He was so respectful of our time and came to «work» not visit. He did bathroom grouting, shower stall sparkling :), bathroom floor tile repair, recaulked & repainted old molding in bathroom, Livingroom and master bedroom. He also fixed, to perfection, a hole in a door! My husband went to Home Depot, Lowes, etc., and no one would fix or replace this door (special order) and Rich made it look new! He was very professional and his pricing is super reasonable. We would definitely recommend him and will use him again, if needed. And he is super sweet :).

My sister and I hired Richard to paint our entire condo and he did an OUTSTANDING job. Not only was he honest about pricing and always on time, but without hesitation he also did a few other odd jobs that we threw at him. He is knowledgeable, incredibly nice, and super thorough. We will most certainly hire him again when something else comes along that could use Richard’s impeccable skills and workmanship. He is the complete package when it comes to home improvement!

Richard Oats is the consummate professional! A true craftsman with an artist eye, he helped remodel my house, doing everything from painting, sanding, grouting, putting down flooring, changing light fixtures, patching sheet rock, and installing faucets, to washing windows on the exterior. Absolutely everything was done to perfection in a timely matter, reasonably priced AND he cleaned up after himself! What more could you ask for. I would HIGHLY recommend Richard!
