Are you tired of poor service and being gouged for repairs and replacement pumps? I was, and in July of 2012, I called Pool Operation Management (POM) and changed service to POM immediately. The experience has been nothing short of perfection. This is a company that cares about its clients, returns telephone calls immediately, and gives outstanding service in every regard. Everyone in the company is nice to you, and can’t do enough to make sure you are happy with what they are doing. You get honest answers when you need emergency service as to when they can come, and their work is meticulous and correctly performed. The office staff are so very nice when you call, and they get you answers immediately about your questions. Hats off to a great American company!
