I have NEVER been angry enough to write a review. I went to get my eyebrows done, I was scalped. My eyebrows are so thin it’s going to MONTHS for me to grow them back. I’ve never been so ANGRY in my life. I would NEVER RETURN.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon!
Went here for the first time on Saturday (5÷14÷16) and everyone was wonderful! Was having a «hair emergency”– had to cancel an appt earlier in the week with my regular salon due to a family problem, and my niece’s graduation party was on Sunday! My sister recommended this salon, had heard good things about it, so I called them on Friday and pretty much begged them to fit me in. Nancy, the receptionist, was so nice! She said she’d do her best, and she did– squeezed me in on Saturday, their busiest day. Now, you know how scary it is to trust your hair with an unknown stylist but I had to risk it– couldn’t go to the party with my roots showing! Anna did my color, cut, and style, and it was like she knew my hair– it came out perfect! I can’t thank them enough for saving the day; my hair looked great for the party!
The salon itself is very pretty and relaxing– a great place to spend a few hours. Kristy took very good care of me while I waited, offering water, coffee, and bagels. She also did my wash out, complete with scalp massage– ahhhh. I highly recommend this place!!!

I’ve been getting my hair done here since I was 12 years old. I am now 28. I have experimented with other salons here and there following a stylist I like or going for something really cheap… I regretted it each time. I cannot say enough good things about this salon.
Personally I go to Anna, and she has been able to do some awesome colors to my hair. I wanted blonde highlights, they are beautiful. I decided I wanted to go brown one day, gorgeous color– not dull or flat. Wanted a red to blonde ombré… I got compliments everywhere I went. She’s amazing! Recently I chose to cut my hair short and was so nervous… It looks so cute! She genuinely cares about how your hair comes out — she is a true artist.
The receptionists are always friendly and happy and are great schedulers. There have been times when a slot was closed that worked well with my schedule and they called back days later when there was a cancellation — those personal touches are really appreciated!
The other stylists are friendly too, and the place is up-​to-​date and classy. They feature bumble and bumble products which I also love.
If you go, you won’t regret it !!!

I had my second visit to Robin Rene last night. Anna is very friendly, and will take the time it needs to service you. The staff is very nice, has a warm feel in the salon. Will definitely be going back.

The BEST hair salon around! The stylists know color so well and will get it perfect every time. They are beyond friendly and so helpful… I love my stylist, Laurie Z! I completely trust her with my hair, and her instincts are always right when it comes to color.
They have a great system that every hair salon should use. Each client has a notecard, and the stylists write down every detail of what the client had done for each visit. This includes the date of visit and exact hair dye color/​number, so you don’t have to worry about remembering anything. It’s so simple, but VERY useful!!!
The decoration style in the salon makes it feel really home-​y. They also don’t rush clients, which always lets me relax to the fullest and enjoy my salon day. The little boutique also has really cute and nice jewelry, perfect for gifts!

The only reason I’m writing a review is because I’m moving and will only be able to use Jessica when I come home to visit my family. I didn’t want the word to spread too great because then she’d be even more booked!
Jessica is a goddess of hair and all things beauty. If I had my choice, she’d be the ONLY person I let touch my hair. She knows exactly what to do to make a person look their best– and on TOP of all of this, she’s the sweetest thing alive.
The whole salon is fantastic and I would give a million more stars if I could.
They cover everything beauty and have a fantastic boutique as well.
You’re missing out if you don’t go to this salon.
