My cardiologist is great (Dr. Apolito). He would be five stars.
Some front office staff is not very friendly to patients. Not even a cheery «good morning.» Nurses are nice, though.
Waiting room can be crowded, wait times usually 10 – 20 minutes. Parking lot often crowded too, but there is additional parking at nearby buildings.
Entrance somewhat difficult for the handicapped — must walk or take your wheelchair up a slight hill, then two manual doors to open.
