I’ve been coming here since they opened. Sarah at the front desk is so nice. It isn’t cheap but it’s the Hamptons. They always make my nails look great so I keep coming back. They always fit me in even when they are about to close. So I have nothing but good things to say. I recommend it!

Worst French gel possible. Over priced at $ 50 and in under 24 hrs it’s chipping. The worker rushes from the start and No one was waiting for her. The white lines aren’t clean white lines and don’t go to the end of my nails. I want this horrible job off my nails. I will never go there again and don’t suggest anyone goes there. Terrible. Waste of money.

Worst nail salon ever. Horrible customer service. Horrible paint job. Extremely expensive for a crappy mani & pedi. Typically, this is supposed to be a relaxing experience. There was nothing relaxing about this place. They treat every customer like a production line and charge you for every single thing. I would never go back here.

If you are looking for a «color change» ask for a mani/pedi. This place only remains in business because of its location and lack of competition.

15 minutes for a mani and pedi(same time — rushed to say the least.) both looked HORRIBLE. Now have ingrown fingernail and toenail. gross. no more. I have been going for years, never happy with results but convenient. No Mas.

You get what you pay for here. The manicures and pedicures are pretty cheap but they only last a few days. I think they dilute the nail polish because I find it always chips after a day or two. However I will say that they are incredibly fast. So if your looking for nails to last about 48hrs and are in a rush. this is the place for you. If you want something thats better quality then go to Spa 27 in East Hampton. Its more expensive but its a much nicer experience.

One would think that it would be simple to re-do 1GELNAIL but nope. I called and made an appt. I let them knew it was just one gel and nail repair.(same nail) «No problem» they said. I get there and after inspecting my finger, the desk person, her supervisor AND the person who was actually going to do my nail discussed what needed to be done. Seriously? It’s not Beth Israel and it’s not surgery. . I was told it was going to be $ 12.00. The Gel+a repair. THEN after more discussing, they said $ 15.00WHAT?!? They explained that they made a mistake, the gel needs special«UV» lighting. NOKIDDINGITS A FREAKINGGEL . It gets better, I ask are they sure of the price, bc thats a bit steep for 1 nail. After more discussing and consulting someone in the«back» I was told–(get ready) $ 17.00! I said«Absolutely not» and walked out. I will never give them my money. That is the most unprofessional attempt at a rip off I have ever experienced. #getittogether

disgusting. i went in for a pedicure and was told i would have to wait about 5 minutes. 30MINUTES later i was brought to the chair when the girl started to fill the basinWITHOUT CLEANINGITOUTFROMTHEPERSONBEFOREME??? i asked her to clean it first, and she told me she already had — i had watched the person before me leave and nobody cleaned out the basin! there was still dirty suds in there that she could see! i insisted that it had not been done and she huffed and did it! she obviously took offense because she then gave me the worst, most rushed pedicure i could ever have imagined. we were done in less than 10 minutes and it looked AWFUL! never ever will i go back and i will be telling everyone i know not to go there either. and, on top of it, their prices are ridiculous!!!

Used to be pretty hit or miss, but it’s clear that they have started going extra lengths to hire people who actually know what they are doing. The prices are incredible, definitely the cheapest mani/pedi in the Hamptons. The quality isn’t always top notch, but I usually don’t have any complaints. They seem to be good with disinfecting, they have one of those fridge-like things with the blue lights and as many times as I’ve been here, I’ve never gotten an infection of any kind. Cheap waxing, as well. They do a great job with eyebrows and I don’t feel guilty getting it done as needed because it’s so affordable. My best friend feels as though they treat her poorly because she’s Asian. I don’t understand this because all of the people who work there are Asian, as well… I’m not sure if she’s just being oversensitive or what, but it’s worth subtracting a star for.
