Not a fan. Make sure you check your prescription(the actual pills). Have gotten wrong medication before and to top it off staff member was extremely rude when I pointed this out to her. Prefer to go to Whites Pharmacy in East Hampton instead.

I am a loyal Rite Aid customer. In the city I am a regular and out in the Hamptons I am happy to be among familiar surroundings. I have never been disappointed with their service whether it is a prescription or hair products, I know I can count on courteous service and fabulous product availability. It is great to know that during the summer they are open 24 hours. Very comforting if someone needs some over the counter meds in the middle of the night. Membership has its privileges, and the discounts are very helpful.

Yesterday I dropped my prescription off. «What’s the latest you could come back?» «Are you open tomorrow?» «Yes.» The pharmacist gave me a thumbs up before I walked away. Today, I went back with my mom because she had to pick up a couple prescriptions for my dad and her, as well. Mine was not done when we got there around 2pm and when I mention that I dropped it off yesterday(calmly, I figured providing more information might help her find it), the woman bit my head off and started bitching about how the pharmacist has been there by himself and ranting about how sick she is and how she shouldn’t even be there. The pharmacist finds my prescription(it was the next one they were going to do) and goes to ring us up. I notices the Yazmin in the bag and asked my mom what she’s taking now for birth control. I thought maybe since I got a new birth control prescription, Yazmin was the same thing. I asked the pharmacist and he looked at me like I was crazy, shook his head and went on ringing us up(including the Yazmin). I figured I would check everything out when we leave and go back to fix it when they’re not so backed up. When my mom went to sign, there was a different name on the credit card machine(whatever that’s called). Of course, the Yazmin belonged to THAT person and we got to pay $ 65 less. Before we could leave, the manager had to do an override and seeing how the entire Rite Aid was understaffed and the manager was acting as a cashier in the front, we had to wait another 10 minutes in addition to the 20 minutes we had already been waiting for them to work everything out. Take your prescriptions somewhere else!!! K-Mart next door(which sucks) doesn’t have a pharmacy, but if you need toiletries it has more, is better maintained and you’ll spend a lot less time in line. Rite Aid employs the type of people who discuss your personal purchases with you making the check out experience a little humiliating.
