They were very professional and Arwood Waste has networked with them for a while now. I had to change a few things, but they were very pleasurable to deal with and nothing was an issue. We were very happy with them.

We ordered a portable toilet for a large party. We called for a price and were told $ 186 and we ordered it. Then a friend told us where we could get a portable toilet for $ 129 so we immediately called to cancel the Royal Flush port-​a-​potty. On party day, a delivery guy showed up anyway. The Port-​O-​Let was filthy dirty inside. The delivery guy said he would clean it and he did. It was then that we noticed that the unit said Royal Flush on it not Chatfield, the $ 129 company, so we sent him away with the port-​o-​let. It was pretty amusing when Chatfield showed up a few minutes later and it was like the battle of the Port-​O-​Pots. Chatfield had to wait for Royal Flush to leave.
Then today, three days after the party, Royal Flush just knocked on the door asking where their port-​o-​pot was because he was here to take it away. Well we never had a Royal Flush pot because we turned them away. What a mess. This company doesn’t know whether it’s coming or going.
If you need a pot to p*ss in, call Chatfield not Royal Flush.
