If 0 zeros were an option I would have chosen that!
My wedding dress was damaged during cleaning here, and when we went to speak to the manager he hid in the back and wouldn’t even have a conversation about the ‘mistake.’ I have heard several other similar stories. If you want your clothes returned in one piece please take your business to another local dry cleaner.
