Horrible service with an attitude. Not friendly. Couldn’t even find sugar packs when the messed up the coffee order. Must be desperate to return.

I’m usually not a Unilocaler BUT after this I figured I was doing a disservice to the people in my area by not commenting. I moved into this area a few months ago, I’m an avid coffee drinker so I’ve been here a bunch of times. sometimes its ok, sometimes its terrible and sometimes I just have to leave and go the one around the corner. Today, was one of the bad days. went there for a quick coffee on my 15 min break from work, first everyone stared at me instead of taking my order, awesome. finally someone comes to take my order, although he messed up a little he fixed it so it was ok I got a breakfast wrap and a iced coffee. I get my wrap super quick, as the worker was making my coffee there was a big manager looking guy standing there trying to teach the staff how to mop the floor. seriously. I must have gave him the dirtiest look. he made the guy that was making my coffee, stop what he was doing (which was already taking forever) to watch him mop then asked him «do you have any common sense?» after about another 3 mins I get my coffee and jet out of there. Now, late to work I finally sit at my desk open my bag, and not only is my wrap there but there is also a dirty pair of gloves from the person who was making the sandwiches. GROSS. This place is just bad, bad service, bad attitude. Don’t get me wrong some people who work here are nice and always a pleasure. like the nice girl at the drive thru or the girl manager. but from what I experienced today, I’m never going back unless there is a coffee shortage and they are the only place that has any left.
