Bad customer service, careless employees. I bought a few blu rays and the kid never put them in the case. Same kid never took my store credit off for my purchase and when I asked for them to put the credit back on to my purchase they store manager said«We can’t find it in out system» he was just way to lazy. They are very lazy and not knowledgable with their own sales or product. There was a buy one DVD and get one free and the kid tried charging me for both. Very horrible experience with this store on multiple trips. Definitely will never come back to this location ever again.

This store has become so terrible it’s almost shocking. Me and my children use to come here at least 2 times a week. There has been a shift in management and what made this store so unique and special has been replaced by generic retail. I purchased two 3ds games and a Xbox 360 game. When we got home the 360 game didn’t work, and the 3ds games were not reading in the device. I bring the games back 2 days later to replace them and am told that the games work. So I take them home and they still don’t work so I bring the games back with my sons 3ds and Xbox and show them that it’s not reading. The manager looks at me and says well they work here so it’s obvious it’s your consoles that are having an issue, that’s has nothing to do with the games. I’m standing there looking at her and I’m like are you serious. She’s like yes I am what did you not understand. So now I’m stuck with a bunch of games I can’t return despite the fact that I have a 90 day warranty on things that don’t work. I can accept the fact that’s the policy, but it shows how inept they are at customer service, all they would have had to do was replace the games,(I didn’t even want money back) and they would still have a customer. Instead because of this hard nose stance and this unbelievable rude female manager they’ve lost 7 customers my family will never shop here again. Don’t shop here, they don’t care about you as a person or as a customer.

BUYERBEWARE! This store has a very non-consumer friendly return policy. There are NOCASH refunds for any reason whatsoever. I bought a game that became available online for free so I returned the game within 24 hours and was told I could not be given a cash refund, only in store credit. To make matters worst the person selling me the game knew it was free online and did not bother to tell me. I thought this lacked integrity on their part. Also, most equipment they sell(cell phone chargers, PS4/Xbox One controllers) are not tested thoroughly and are sold with defects. When this is found to be true by the customer service reps they still won’t give you a cash refund even if they don’t have merchandise in stock to exchange the product. All in all, I would not shop at this store again and would recommend GameStop which has a more logical return policy, better quality merchandise that works and friendly customer service. This store has had issues in the past. Bad customer service, employees who didn’t care. But it seems like the owner decided to change things around and they have a staff now that is amazing to deal with. The new manager Mack has really changed the culture of the store. My kids love coming to GameXchange. The store is family friendly with Disney songs playing in the background the other employees are enthusiastic and genuinely like doing what they do. I showed up at 9:04 after they were closed I had driven over an hour to get there; and there was no reason for them to help me. I explained my situation and how my son was expecting the game when he woke up and he helped me out of the situation. He did the transaction sold me the games I needed to give to my son when he didn’t have to. He easily could have said you can comeback tomorrow. Yet he didn’t and they have my business for life. Definitely a high recommendation. And the prices aren’t bad either.
