This hotel was newly opened and had an introductory rate of $ 99 a night. They intend on it becoming a $ 129 a night rate. Our family of four stayed when we had a plumbing problem at our home nearby. The staff was courteous at the front desk and breakfast area. Kathy Bailey was the night front desk worker and was very helpful. The housekeeping staff was rude and although the room was clean upon check-in, the housekeeper was pushy about the check-out at noon. When checking out, They could not even print my receipt as they were having issues with their network. The receipt was emailed to me. The breakfast was very good with bacon, eggs, biscuits, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, bagels, juices and coffee and fruit and various spreads for the breads. They also had muffins and pastries. There is no swimming pool nor whirlpool. There is a 24 hour workout room. Free Coffee is available 24 hours a day. The lobby area is nicely appointed and they have both a small conference room and a computer area with two all-in-one style pc’s. The combination, breakfast area and lounge/lobby sitting area was nice enough for my son and I to spend 4 hours in while my wife and daughter were in the room working on other tasks. The rating of 4 out of 5 stars is due to the opening issues and lack of professionalism. For the price there is a need for some leadership training with staff.
