Hillview Superette

I stopped into Hillview Superette today with some Co workers for Lunch. I ordered the Hot Pastrami Sandwich with Swiss cheese on a Hard Roll & Thousand Island dressing. The Gentleman who made my sandwich was very polite, as were the other two Men who I observed along side him. After Biting into that Sandwich I was hooked. They made one of the Best tasting Sandwiches I have ever had. It was Fresh, juicy and had plenty of meat. I will definitely be going back here for more Sandwiches. Great Job Guys!《》

My go to place for a perfect sandwich. Been going there for years! The staff there is great as well.

This is a wonderful small business on the Trumbull side of the north end of Bridgeport. I love popping in here for a quick sandwich or to buy a protein for dinner. The staff here is always super friendly and helpful when picking something out from their extensive meat selection in the back of the store.
From a deli sandwich or snack to steaks and homemade prepared foods, this little store has something for everyone. I always love walking in and smelling something cooking inside. The two men at the back of the store are always super friendly and eager to help you. I love coming in for a quick sandwich for lunch because they give you your money’s worth. Lots of homemade prepared foods are sold here including lasagna, meatballs and grilled chicken. One time I bought a few chicken cordon bleu breasts for dinner and they turned out super crispy and delicious. Most of the prepared foods are made by the wives of the men working at the deli counter.
My only complaint about this place is that it is located in a super tight strip mall (if you could call it that) and parking is a little dicey when leaving. There are plenty of parking spots in the back if you don’t mind walking a little bit more.

One of the great meat markets and deli that have been there as far as i can remember!
The owners work the deli and they make great sandwiches using Boars Head cold cuts and bread from Arthur Ave. The meats are amazing! And they are always there to help out with a special order or request.
This is the type of neighborhood place that takes you back to when… well there was neighborhoods!

A great place to get your meat then the big box stores way better quality an attention to service too!
