Lol didn’t see this as an attraction. Attracting traffic maybe. Its a road with traffic just about all the time.

Eye nine five 50 in the fast lane if ya lucky usually about 30 miles per hour or 2, hours frustrations hesitations, 3 lanes not 5 or 6 traffic trucks and troopers, i realized east west, neither can drive in the rain lights on exit off 46, 27A, 14, 7 i could ride my bike on this «high“way and get to Stamford quicker than in a car on thee old Eye nine five.

Sure it gets me where I need to go. That is, if I want to fight commuter traffic in the AM and an insane amount of construction backups in the PM. Not to mention those infamous bridges… they like to collapse and blow up and all sorts of things. Yeah, whatever, it is a lot of times the fault of drivers, but it is still a pain in the neck. Not to mention all the traffic around every connection(like 25, yeesh) that backs up things for miles. Oh yeah and the never-ending construction that gets worse at night. Sometimes the hour long trip between Mohegan Sun and Fairfield takes three hours due to all the construction(but that isn’t just the fault of the Bridgeport section, at least not anymore that is). All in all it is a highway afterall, so it can’t be perfect. At least it has good lighting, which is about the only thing it has going for it. Otherwise I prefer to stick to the Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkway.

I found this by accident. I didn’t know you could give a review on a highway. I totally dislike I-95, especially in CT, because ITISSOCROWDED. And there are SOMANYTRUCKS and it is at times very DANGEROUS and there is lots of TRAFFICJAMS. So the answer is we need Public Mass Transportation — railway. If at all possible don’t take I-95. My hat is off to the poor commuters who have to use I-95. Use the Merritt(Rt 15) whenever possible or the Post Road.

My nemesis. The bane of my existence. The longest, most mundane, sleep-inducing stretch of highway known to New England. You know it. I know it. It’s Interstate 95, specifically the segment that stretches through Connecticut. Who can argue with me here? No one! How can I be so sure? Because no sane person wants to drive for two hours on one highway counting down the exits from 93 to 2! It makes me want to carve Connecticut right out of the US map and sew it back on up over Maine! Take my word for it. Take the Mass Pike to 84 if you ever have to drive from the Boston Area to New Jersey… or even New York.
