MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT — the older guy who runs the place is a total jerk. So rude! Dont give him your business. there are other ski and snow board places in FFLD county where the owners are a lot less rude to customers. The service was exceedingly slow (though they did stay open late to accommodate the crowd). The person helping us was rather rude to a number of people. Rental prices seemed high considering the condition of the equipment, which was pretty beat up. It may have been better early in the season.
