New York Pizza House

Love this place. The owner is cool and he treats loyal customers right. He knows my address at this point and it’s kind of sad LOL. I don’t even order pizza much but they remember me when I do and if I pick up he says «Heyyy why don’t you let us deliver, don’t waste your gas!» LOLLLL…
The calzones are probably their best kept secret, reasonably priced and LOADED. The only problem I had was picking up a pizza myself and it cooling down before I got home. I attribute this to me trying to eat a few slices on the ride at every red light. Definitely better than other spots in Bridgeport.

Sorry to make this my one hundredth review, but I’ve been thinking it so I had to say it. They make a really decent pizza. They deliver quickly, but only if you are ok with receiving something completely different from what you ordered.
I ordered from here two different times for my girl scout troop. The first time they forgot the salad for our dinner and they also neglected to provide utensils. It made for a VERY interesting and aggravating party!
The second time I ordered 2 party pizzas, which are quite reasonably priced, with half sausage and half pepperoni. They graciously mixed the toppings on one of the pizzas and neglected to put any toppings on the other. They also brought our beverages without any cups… this normally would not be an issue, but since the function was in a parking lot without access to indoor facilities… it made life that much more frustrating.
I really need to order from them tonight, but I am soooo looking for other locations that may have mercy on my little girls. Our troop deserves better :(

Excellent Pizza. Good grinders. Their sauce and bread is really good.
