Probably my worst experience at an Outback. Steak was over cooked, potato was reheated in a microwave Blooming onion was ordered but some other dish was delivered. A big cheesy French fry onion thing. My buddy ordered soup with his steak, and he waited at least 10 mins after being served before his soup arrived. Cold. Server was uncommunicative and not at all concerned.

I’ve noticed that the quality of food has declined recently, especially for the price. I really like the buffalo chicken sandwich, grilled chicken on the barbie and their chicken wings. They have good salads, and blooming onion. I like the Alice Springs Chicken, but it’s $ 14! Over all tasty food, but overpriced.

This has to be one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. It was so bad that I am actually thinking about contacting outback corporate headquarters to let them know how nasty this restaurant is. They need to send somebody down from that office to see how poorly their brand is being represented. The soup was absolutely horrible, it was lukewarm and it appeared that it was sitting all day before it was served. The steak look like it was cooked on the griddle that had not been cleaned and it was way over cooked. The staff was nice but my waitress had a serious personal hygiene problem. I know I was not the only person to take issue with it because I could here the people at adjacent tables complaining about the same issues. I don’t plan on ever returning to this restaurant and I don’t suggest you go either. It will probably take me a long time to get over this experience and go into any other outback.

Wow we waited one hour for our food. I like outback so I hope that improvements are made to this restaurant. I also think food portions are small. I’ve left hungry 2x. The local restaurants have so much more to offer, Oliverio’s Mountaineer grill, Provence market, and Wonder Bar.

This has to be one of the worst steaks I have ever had. Way too many options in Bridgeport to eat at this Outback. Server knew my meal was terrible and apologized. Not his fault. NEVER saw a manager in the restaurant.

Outback used to be a good place to eat. This Outback in Bridgeport has been going down hill as fast as possible. Our plates for the bread have been wet and covered with crumbs. Staff has been few. The meal was horrible. Good bye Outback a place we used to drive 25 miles to share a meal. No more.

Wait staff was friendly and efficient. Steak was outback quality but they were out of prime rib. Seasonal Veggies broccoli with 3 squash and a carrot slice. I’ll try it again but only because the waiter was honest and professional.

Food was fine, didn’t get the silverware until after our meal came out and we had to ask for it. Maybe they thought we’d just eat with our paws or something.

Everyone I ask here in town about outback says good food, but don’t order steak, and I agree. What others have said about staffing issues I would also agree with. Everyone from the host/hostess to the manager was very nice and helpful, but why go to a steak place when you can’t order it without it coming out wrong. I haven’t been in since March, so maybe it’s getting better, but I haven’t had the patience to go find out.

I was in the Clarksburg, WV for a business trip over the weekend. I tend to overeat sometimes when I know that I am getting reimbursed for a meal. But today, I wanted a salad. I went to the«Take Away» door which I guessed corrected was another way to say«to go». I was starred at my other servers(no acknowledgement) a few minutes until someone who was working the«take aways» came to greet I ordered a steakhouse salad with the steak being medium well. The steak was overcooked as I expected. For to go orders, the kitchen is to cook the steak on up. For example, they were supposed to cook it medium so that when I get to my destination, it would be cooked medium-well. I did not like the salad. It had an off-putting tasted to it. I had ordered it with a ranch dressing because the«take-away» server advised that the vinaigrette in the description did not come with it. Overpriced salad for the value. Two stars.

Sat at the bar and was hardly given a second look for about 5 minutes. Would have at least wanted to get a drink right off the bat. The draft beer had a bit of a skunky taste which made me wonder if the lines had been cleaned recently. Food was decent but nothing exceptional. Typical sit down eatery that gets you in and out quickly. It was difficult to eat at he bar as the elbow rail is so deep and chair could only move so far forward due to the foot rail. I’m sure this is the case at all Outback restaurants. Pretty bad ergonomics in my opinion. Watched one gentleman send back the bread as it was about as hard as a brick. Certainly wasn’t fresh and clearly the waitress hadn’t checked for quality before bringing it out. I probably won’t be going back during the remainder of my stay.

Used to like but… portions small and overpriced. For the same bbq chicken meal it is $ 13(I think) at outback, go to Texas road house $ 9 and the one at the road house taste just as good or better. We don’t frequent Outback as much anymore but I do like it.

Aside from being a large Outback fan, I do generally love a great steak for a good price. For starters, like every Outback, this place is always packed and has a wait. Which is a good and bad thing. Good that there is a mall to shop in next door but bad that well, it’s a wait. Service is often slow, being that there are not enough servers to keep up with the large amounts of guests that they serve, which is okay because our particular server was amazing and on top of it. Our food was great, a double cheeseburger, Mac & cheese, a blooming onion, and their chicken tenders. The Blooming Onion was free due to their NASCAR car winning a race, which was great for us since appetizers are not always affordable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and date night. I will be returning soon!

Well let’s start with the filthy sticky tattered menu that falls apart in your hands. Then there’s the once– good house salad which has shrunk in half and is now adorned with brown mystery dressing rather than the original. fabulous house dressing. Follow that up with the steak that you literally must saw away at and chew until you give up and spit it out. And how in the world do they manage to make French fries tough? Quite an accomplishment. This is another once great restaurant that accountants have ruined.

Not a big fan of corporatized restaurant chains, but for the value you can’t beat the steak and«ayce» shrimp going on at Outback right now. I suggest the 9oz sirloin medium and crispy shrimp x3. Great stuff!

Visited here to have dinner and watch some World Cup soccer. Normally I’m a fan of Outback, but this location left me feeling disappointed. We sat in the bar area so we could watch the games. They had one newer TV, but only 3 out of the other 4 TVs from the 1990s were working. Rather sad that they can’t invest in some newer TVs, instead of hanging onto these decrepit tube TVs. Even the bartender acknowledged how old they were. On the flip side, our service and food was excellent. The bartender did a great job and he was on point. The food came out quickly and tasted just right. I really like Outback, which is why I come for the good and service. However, I think if they get some new TVs in the bar area it might actually help bring in some customers to the bar.

This is just a typical Outback but the staff was pretty quick and friendly. The food was just okay. my coconut shrimp looked a little overdone on the over-sized plate it came on, my salad didn’t look too fresh, and the dinner bread was fine. Overall I would come here again if in the mood.

Wait times are completely unacceptable, always in excess of an hour or more. Food is overpriced and of mediocre quality. Staff seems overworked to the point of not caring about their customers experience. Overall I would suggest going to someplace that values their customers with good service, especially for the prices paid.

This was my first time at this location and it was on par with other Outbacks that I’ve been to. We were seated quickly and our waitress was on too of things. I was impressed when she recited like 14 available lemonade flavors. *Gold star* The food came out fast and it was all a job well done by the kitchen staff. I’ve always wondered if it’s possible to eat at an Outback and NOT order the Bloomin’ Onion… I’ve never seen it done. Cheers!

Last four times I have eaten there it was crowded and understaffed. Sent the fries back on ALLFOUR occasions because they were soggy! They are obviously dumping buckets of frozen fries in the vat without letting the oil heat back up. COLDOIL=SOGGYFRIES… which is a tale tale sign of understaffed kitchen, or lazy employees… or both… Only open for dinner.
