It took me a month to get an appointment to have my 2 front windows tinted. I arrived fifteen minutes early, delivered my keys to the cashier, was told it would take about an hour and a half so went to have lunch in the mall. After 2 hours I return to the shop to see my truck still parked in the same spot I left it, nothing had been done. When I walked in two employees were arguing over who was going to help fed ex unload a large pallet. They were arguing because they were both wearing white shirts and didn’t want to get dirty (these were men/​boys by the way). When I asked what the problem was and why my truck wasn’t finished the answer infuriated me. The cashier forgot to tell the tech it was there. WTF!!! This would be a hell of a place to put a truck accessories business.
