Valley Forge Flowers

Last week I decided to redeem a gift certificate I won at Our Lady of Mount Carmel festival. As soon as I came into the store I was warmly greeted by «Pat» who offered to help me. I informed her I had a gift certificate and just wanted to look around, she told me to take my time and and call if I neded any help. She came thru a couple of times to ask if I needed any help. Other employees took the time to greet my husband and I as well as offering to help.
I found something I liked and Pat took great care wrapping my purchase, and was very friendly and courteous.
I returned the next day for another small purchase, and although the purchase was of a very small amount, (and i interrupted their lunch) the welcome and customer service was the same. The items were wrapped with the same amount of care and consideration. sorry to say I did not get the name of the gentleman who helped me.
This establishment is a true representation of Gold Standard Customer Service .The town of Bridgeport has a gem.
Simply put, it is a pleasure to shop in such a friendly and helpful environment and I will make it a point to be back. They make you want to come back!
