The «Wizard» totally ripped me off. Refused to give me an estimate until the work was done, charged me $ 165 for a $ 20 lock, and $ 85 in labor for five minutes of adjusting the lock. Refused to refund me when I complained. I was so mad that I had another locksmith come to my house to tell me what it should have cost, he said $ 90. My total charge from the «Wizard»? $ 324. I called 3 other area locksmiths and asked for rough estimates over the phone, and they varied from $ 65 to $ 90. There are lots of choices out there for locksmiths, so I would recommend you choose someone else, or demand an estimate first. Funny that the website says lowest prices; his prices were nowhere near the other locksmiths.
