Dollar Tree

This place is great! My favorite dollar store in the area. When I first started reading the other review, I thought «oh no, someone had THAT experience at Dollar Tree?» Thankfully, I kept realizing and realized the first paragraph was a rant about her experience at work, not nasty conditions she saw at the store.
At any rate, this place is the bomb diggity. Great customer service, and many items you want/​need at home, all for just a buck! Clean and bright store, too. I will absolutely continue coming back.

When I see people leave food in the refrigerator for nine weeks, I wonder; when I see people not flush a toilet, I wonder; when I see people put their lunch in the microwave and let splatter go all over and let their cup of coffee drip while leaving sugar crystals all over the countertop, I wonder; when I see 17 inches of dust on someone’s desk to the point where the dust has started forming small communities, I wonder. What is it I wonder??? I wonder what their house looks like and how often they bathe!
Pardon the rant but I went to place my lunch in the refrigerator and I was assaulted by the most putrid smell. I couldn’t take it so on my lunch break I ran to the nearest Dollar Tree to get some cleaning supplies. I’ve never smelt a freezer stink before but the freezer absolutely reeks like cabbage left in the hot sun in a plastic bag. I purchased gloves to clean, bleach, baking soda and sponges and went to town. What is awesome is that I was able to purchase all these items for under $ 10. Granted they were mostly non name-​brand but I’m paying for this myself for a space over 75 adults use daily so I figure 10 bucks isn’t so bad and I feel like I’ve just given everyone a Thanksgiving and Christmas gift.
I was surprised, they even had food items here, gift-​wrapping items, and food preparation items. This is a nice big store you can run in and get random needed items. I will certainly come back to this location. The store was fully stocked, the associates were nice and this can’t be a hidden secret because the place was packed! If you’re in need of random items for work or for home this is a great place to go to. Everything that we have doesn’t have to be name brand and you definitely get to stretch your money here. The money you save can go towards extra gas or adult holiday beverages (wink wink).
