Really cool shop, old school skater owned. Has skateboards, longboards, flex boards, old school pool shredders, freestyle longboards, and small skateboards for kids. Lots of parts, accessories and knowledge. Cut me a great deal! Definitely a great stop for holiday or birthday shopping!

After my son insisted he needed a new skateboard and just HAD to get it from Future Sk8, we made the trip at around 7 pm on a Saturday night. The sign said it was open until eight, but the door was locked when we got there at 7:30. We waited a few minutes and were just about to leave when the owner pulled up and apologized for running out, he had run to get himself dinner. By this time it was almost 8(closing time) but the owner assured us that he was more than happy to let us in and let us look around. He was extemely helpful, showing us several decks and making recommendations about what would be the best purchase for my son. When we asked about trucks and wheels, he showed us some very nice things that he had just marked down, instead of trying to sell us the most expensive ones! I ended up buying the board, trucks, wheels, and some t-shirts and he offered us a very generous discount since we were waiting outside when he arrived back from his food run.(KUDOS!) After I paid for our items, I was expecting to leave with the skateboard all disassembled, but no. The guy offered to put it together for us. By this time it was an hour after his closing time, and he was more than happy to stay and help us. No attitude, no rushing us out the door. He was a class act. I don’t know how often I will need to buy skateboards, but I will never give anyone else my business. This guy is as good as it gets. A+++++.
