I never went to this Kohl’s when I lived in STL but on a recent trip back I had to run in here to get something quick. It’s your basic Kohl’s — nothing more nothing less. Like most of them it is often difficult to find someone to help you when you need to find something but other than that, they have your basic stuff.
In my case, they didn’t have what I needed so I ended up going to another store.

I really like this Kohl’s. I always find something I want to buy here. Clothes, shoes, etc. I love the fact you can always find someone to help you, the store is always clean and organized, and the dressing rooms are always empty of other peoples tried on clothes. Great customer service and return policy. My mom bought my son a winter coat for xmas and then in March he was putting it on and it ripped all the way across the back. So I took it back to the store because it was hardly worn and they still gave me money back even though it was no longer it stock.
