I ordered pizza on the website. I got an email comformation saying 40 min delivery time. After an hour I called. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes I called another location to see if the place was open. Called again and sat on hold for another 10 minutes and finally someone told me my pizza was out for delivery and that they are running behind. Now it’s been 2 hours and still no pizza. I’m just praying for it to show up. I can only imagine how hot or not, it’s going to be. If it ever shows up maybe I can have it for dinner instead of lunch.

HORRIBLE!!! We placed our order at 8:47 p.m. and at 10 o’clock I called to check it and they said oh they left 40 min ago and couldn’t find your hotel room so they are coming back here, I said again our room number they said ok she will come back. Another 20 minutes go by and still no food so I call them and said I want to cancel since the food will be cold after 45 minuets late and they said well we use heat infused cases. Horrible service I highly recommend you order from somewhere else. They sound like they don’t communicate well at all and not to mention after I cancelled them and ordered from imos the lady showed up to deliver 14 minuets after I cancelled so they didn’t even call her! Ridiculous save your money and order from somewhere else.

This place is terrible we came at 4:15 to pick up 2 pizzas to only be told it was going to be 20 – 25 minutes so then we left to go get our son food came back waited another 45 minutes to be told that they messed up and screwed up they have to remake our pizzas and now instead of even trying to do anything to compensate us there like oh sorry about your luck never go to this place ever

Arrived at 11. Our group was seated immediately. However we weren’t offered drinks or silverware. The buffet was already partially stocked. Keep in mind restaurant opens at 11. The floor was very very sticky. Yuck! Server was very attentive. Once we got our drinks, she always kept them filled. We were given our bill while we were at the buffet for the first time. I guess that’s the easiest way to keep track of large groups. Overall, our experience was decent. I wouldn’t recommend going there on a regular night out or on a date.

I have had three experiences with this particular store. The first was when I first moved to the area and ordered delivery, paying with cc online. After about an hour nothing had been delivered. I called the store and the manager said they didn’t deliver in my neighbourhood. He said he couldn’t call to let me know because I ordered online. I said fine, just refund to my cc. That seemed an easy fix to me. An hour later(2 hours after my order), after I had ordered and received pizza from D – inos, the Pizza Hut delivery person arrived with ice cold food. I took the food, tipped the driver, and called the store again. The manager was a JERK. After pointing out that my phone number was on the receipt I had been given and a good amount of argument he eventually came to my home, took the food and refunded my money in cash. Not sure why he was so opposed to just refunding my cc and made an easy fix into a huge deal. As a side note, I have seen Pizza Hut delivery drivers in my complex dozens of times both before and after this incident. Several months later I saw the special for 6.99 pizzas with any toppings and thought I would try again, hoping that the outcome would be different. I ordered online and immediately called the store to confirm that the order would be delivered. The total was $ 19 and change after fees for 26.99 pizzas which was appropriate. The order was warm, and reasonably on time. The pizza was well topped and really good. A week later I ordered the same pizzas again. 40 minutes past promised delivery time I received two sparsely topped pizzas with spinach that looked like it had been put on as an afterthought, after the pizzas had been cut. The spinach was a layer of steamed slime on top of the pizza that had to be scraped off and discarded. After fees, the same two 6.99 pizzas were 24 and change. Not sure what’s going on with this location. I order and pay online. All they have to do is make the pizza and put it in a car. I have ordered delivery from dozens of Pizza Hut stores in many states and have never had problems like this. I love Pizza Hut pizza but I’m going to have to live without it. These guys have blown their last chance with me.

I’ve lived in the St. Louis area my whole life and I originally was going to leave 2 stars because of how terrible the inside of this store is but I ordered my food and they said it’d be 45 minutes. It took the driver(Marvon) 25 minutes to arrive after I hung up with Dominic who took my order! The inside is in terrible shape but because of this experience they get 2 extra stars! Pizza was fantastic too!

Where do I start? I went in and placed my order for 8 chicken wings. The two customers behind me placed their pizza order’s about 10 minutes apart. They both received their order’s before my wings. How hard can it be to drop 8 wings in to a fryer? I received my wings 43 minutes later. The cashier was very nice and professional, but due to my wait time I will not be going back.

Delivery is always over an hour 3⁄6 times I’ve ordered they either a) had my address wrong adding to wait b) forgot an item c) food was cold when it got to me. Terrible customer service not worth it. Domino’s taste disgusting but Pizza Hut customer service makes it seem decent somehow. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. 30 minute wait time for an item they forgot! Pathetic. Don’t waste time with this location. I’m throwing the cold food away and going to another restaurant.

So where to start about this Pizza Hut. My wife and I order from here about once or twice a month. The place for delivery is fine. Delivery times are not too long in comparison with other pizza places. The issue with this place is if you try to pick up your food or eat there. It is very slow and not the nicest looking restaurant on the inside. The employees are not that nice and seem not to care about the amount of time you have been waiting.

the last time I went there to dine in, we got a table right away, and were able to place our order. But the people who came in after us, were able to sit down, place their order, and get their food before we got ours. The waitress came out with an order that she thought was ours, not once but twice. By this time it had been almost 45 min since we placed our order. We changed our order to go as my friends kid was getting cranky and wanting to leave.(he was maybe 2 at the time) I won’t be going back there anytime soon.
