This review should only reflect the shop on Big Bend Blvd in Saint Louis and not their other location.
Went in when they first opened. Staff is friendly enough and they sell 100ML of juice for 30 dollars. The price is right and their house juice is actually really good. So I made this my shop for all my needs for a long time. Then I went in and bought a box of Aspire coils for my eleaf 30W, I have a mini tank which I like to vape higher MG of nicotine with.
On the back of every Aspire coil box they have codes on the back that you can check the authenticity of the coils. When I opened the box that I had bought from vaporized the coils looked weird, they lacked the mesh inside that all coils come with, but I thought nothing of it. Every coil in that box had a burning taste to it. Only way I could make it go away was by soaking the wick every time I vaped, for all the trouble I might as well have gone to a dripper tank.
I’ve bought bad coils before, it happens, but every single one? I checked the box code against the ASpire website
. Turns out vaporized is selling knock off coils. The code came back as unauthentic and used. The security code had been checked over 3 thousand times on the website Went back to MapeVape which is just around the corner and bought another box and every coil was just fine.
I will never go back to this store now that I know they are dishonest with their product lines. Waste of money on 5 coils, all of which were bad and were not what I thought I was buying.
Beware of this store, they sell knock off equipment and display it as something that it isn’t.

Fantastic place! Love the selection for mods, ego kits, juice, etc. The staff is wonderful too with great customer service. If you want a vape store that’s judgement free, laid back, has great specials, and will make sure you leave happy? Check out vaporized, you will not regret it!

I really dig this shop, the staff is helpful and friendly with out being up your butt while sampling flavors, not a fan of their house juice personally but they do carry some very good premium juice lines such as demonic vape and tnt which are excellent. they also do a rewards/​loyalty thing which is cool, and every purchase applies which is cool. And bonus points, one night i was completely out of juice and hit every red light possible, they were already closing up and mopping the floor but still took the time to let me buy a bottle real quick, i’ve been in there a couple of times like 2 minutes before they close and they are always still super nice

I first used vaporized about 1 year ago. My wife and I went there to try to find a solution to quitting smoking…
Unforntunately I was stuck at work the first time my wife went there but once I saw her reaction on the service and the level of respect she received I felt compelled to refer everyone I meet to this store… They have a great store and offer amazing service… The owners are a younger family business and I must say as a business owner myself, I am impressed. So anyone who is thinking of trying to quit by using Vapor. I recommend go See Jackie or Matt… You Guys Rock!!!

Got my first vaporizer from here today. Matt, the owner, was very helpful — taught me how to assemble it all and fill properly. The store was busy (I’d assume from their 50% off sale on select juices), but I saw everyone helped as quickly as possible. I try to seek out and support local stores like these whenever I can, and I love how they make their own flavors. I overheard a few customers saying Vaporized flavors were among the best. I tried Vanilla Tobacco and Coffee — they both are smooth and taste great. I’ll definitely be back.
