Good and honest. I brought my car in for repairs he told me it might need a full tune up at about $ 200 cheaper than another shop charged. He called me the next day telling me the computer is reading something else so don’t waste your money on the tuneup yet. After a week of problems I decide to sell my car than put the money into repairs. Mitch did not charge me for the work done. Most mechanics would have charged for the time with diagnostics or have done the tune up anyways. Not Mitch, he’s a good honest man to take your car to.

I live in Pilsen and I go out if my way to get my cars seen by Mitch. His wife handles the phone and is really knowledgeable and can answer any question or advise whether your car may need service. They’re really upfront about everything and will not push any unnecessary repairs. Great turn around time and their work comes with warranty if it comes with new parts.

I got alerted to this place through a friend’s recommendation. He’s been going there for years and spoke very highly of them. He was spot on! These people know what they are doing. Not only did I get an amazing price, I got shown EXACTLY what my car is supposed to be doing and what they are going to do. These people know their stuff, and they are definitely not the types to look down at you just because you can’t tell a muffler from an air filter assembly. I am not mechanically minded, and I felt respected and informed when leaving. Very friendly service!
