Public storage is a scam! They use deceptive practices & do not honor their deals! If you’re late on your payment, they go into your unit & look into your belongings. I’ve contacted mngmt about this & got NO RESPONSE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PUBLIC STORAGE AT ALL!!! I wish I could give them a negative star.

I had a lot of questions and could not make up my mind about what size storage unit to get. Anthony was very patient with me and help me decide. He showed us several units and explained everything. From how to get in and out, insurance, lock and if we wanted to upgrade. Thanks Anthony for all of your help!!!

No one actually likes moving and putting things in and out of storage. I’ve been to this storage place 4 times now to either put things in or rummage through my unit. I even lost my keys.
The guys that work here are friendly and accommodating which is refreshing when you are dealing with moving and finding your stuff that you forgot was there.
Nick was extra helpful when we first moved into the storage unit, on the phone and in person. He came through in the clutch today when I misplaced my keys and have a crazy deadline to meet.
These guys have the customer service that large businesses need more of. Store your stuff here. You’re welcome.
