Hubby and I took the three kids for dinner here one night. It was ok. The temp outside was 82 so the inside temp was 93+ with the ovens.(Why u no air condition?) This does not help start things off well. The wait to order was crazy long considering we were one of three families in there to eat. Guess they do a lot of takeout? We ordered 4 personal pizzas: Cheese, Margarita, Falafel, and Sausage. We also ordered wings. It took only 10 mins to get food once ordered. Overall pizza wasn’t bad but wings were terrible. They were a wild card anyway. Kids were pleased with their pizzas. Hubby thought his was ok(Margarita) Mine was passable(falafel). For the cost and how uncomfortable the dining experience was, a revisit probably won’t be in the works till fall or even winter, if ever.

Well first off, the pizza is AWESOME!!! Best around! And what makes it even better is the customer service. Had the pleasure of meeting Jesse the manager. We had great conversation and laughs. That goes a long way with me. Thank you sir. See you soon bud! Keep that oven hot!

Ugh. A bit of a letdown. When it first opened I had heard some pretty good things about it, and after hearing that they had a Gluten Free option, I was sold. I finally had a chance to go with some friends on a Friday night a few months back. When we got there, it was packed which is typical for the start of the weekend at any restaurant, but it didn’t seem like the line was moving at all. The place smelled so good of melty delicious cheese though so we decided to wait it out. When it was finally my turn, I ordered a Gluten Free Margarita pizza and my friends ordered theirs and we sat down to wait for them to be finished… and waited… and waited… until finally we started to realize that people who had been in line after us were already getting their pizzas. Confused, we went up to the cashier and asked how our pizzas were doing. He went to check and when he came back, he said that they had lost them. Lost them? How do you lose a pizza?! Finally they had the manager come out and help them try to figure out what happened. In the end, it turns out that instead of calling us up to pick up the order, they boxed up the pizzas and put them on top of the oven and left them there. Huh? We were more than confused but instead of wasting any more time and asking any more questions, we took the pies and left. When it was finally time to dig in, the disappointment only continued. The Gluten Free pie looked like a quesedilla without the top tortilla and was hardly cooked through. It was also super tiny and not at all worth the price that I had paid for it for the«special» crust”. I don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon. The quest for good Gluten Free pizza continues…

The only thing that was 1000 degrees° was my temper after getting my pizza. Mediocre at best! I must have been on a bad day. Pizza did not taste fresh and it tasted like I was eating the cardboard box along with it! I’m from NY and I definitely know what a NY style or Brooklyn thin crust pizza is! But this is definitely thin like a sheet of paper, honestly CPK carry a similar crust but it’s called a flat bread pizza. Classic New Yorker is quite of an understatement. But don’t let my review deter you from trying them out, not everyone’s standards are the same when eating certain foods! When you have been spoiled with real good foods you have higher expectation to live up to. On a good note, staff was very welcoming and friendly, turnoff: it wasn’t busy, but service was slow. prices was ridiculous for a minute I thought the menu was priced in pesos.

After months of persuasion, I finally gave in to my husband’s request to try 1000 Degrees. To say the least, I was very skeptical– it is not«SPAGO»! I am a culinary snob. There is only one pizza place in NJ that I would even consider a good place to eat PIZZA. The restaurant gives you the option to build your pie, which I did! The ingredients were fresh(except for the canned pineapples). It’s okay!!! I was quite disappointed with my first bite — even though it was crispy on top(just the way i like it), however, the bottom dough of the pie was quite dense — heavy — very doughy. Oh well — I wasn’t going to complain! What can I expect from a chain? Jessie, the general manager came up and asked how we like our pizza — whew!!! I asked him, «do you really want to know?» And he nodded … I did not hesitate!!! He enthusiastically exclaimed, «let me make you another one and I will do my best to make you happy». I even declined, and said not to worry — but he insisted! VOILA!!! I was amazed! He made me exactly how I want my pizza — light, crispy and delicious! I did not expect Jessie to go all out! I suggested that he should make the crispy, light dough pie crust on the menu. I will definitely tell my friends about my experience and the wonderful customer service I experienced. I hope corporate knows what an asset Jessie is to 1000 Degrees! I can see him as a future CEO of a company of his choosing!

I’ve tried to truly like this pizza, but I can’t. It’s too expensive for a pizza that’s not great. It’d be one thing if I was paying for quality pizza every single time. Now, I’ve had pizza that’s cold, super burnt to where it’s inedible, soggy-just things you don’t want your pizza to be. Also every single time I go in there, the employees are rude. Why are your employees nasty to the customers who are proving their paychecks? I’d honestly rate this place zero stars if I could.

Nice try guys, but this pizza is awful. The name is also ridiculous since anything over 700 degrees and you’ve basically burned the pizza. Everything except for the oven is wrong with this chain and it’s just another money grab. The dough is flat without any flavor; the sauce basically comes out of a plastic bag and the cheese is probably better at Subways. It’s a good idea to build a pizza when you have an Italian oven(I actually thought of something like this 10 years ago) that can spit it out in 2 minutes, but you need to love pizza first and know what you’re doing. This chain will ultimately fail and good riddance – pizza is the best simple food and needs to be made by those that love pizza and enjoy the labor of making and serving it to others.

The name says it all. Your pizza is baked and ready within minutes. Your pizza can be personal, or shared, customized to your liking, or chosen by their signature offerings. I must say they’re pizza shocked me, I walked in never having 1000 degrees pizza thinking it would be just okay and came out wishing they had one close to home. I love the amount of marinara added, thinness of the pizza and crunchiness of their crust!

I’ve only been here a couple of times but was pleasantly surprised. For those saying«It wasn’t 1,000 degrees» I need to ask a question. How do you know it’s temperature? Did you stick a thermometer in it!!! I was expecting to walk in here and eat a pizza from a typical«chain pizza restaurant». I did not get that. I got a good, cheap, pizza. As a matter of fact, we got two of them the first time we came here because it was that good. I do feel like I needed more than what was given to me, so I was not full but that’s just me. I did not like the location. It’s a high traffic area around there and I almost got ran over by the mall kids zipping up and down the road. Also, when the sun goes down, it’s very hard to sit and enjoy the pizza because it’s right in your eyes. Other than this, the place is pretty decent.

When I walked by and saw 1.000 degree Pizzeria, I could not resist. We don’t have one in NC and I love pizza. There is a option to build your own, but I chose to go with«The Philly» with thinly sliced rib-eye, shredded grande brand mozzarella, provolone cheeses with caramelized balsamic onions. I was very impressed with the price $ 7.95, but not at all impressed with the taste. It tastes a little pasty, gummy and cheese wasn’t completely melted. It’s made right in front of you and then the guy puts it in huge oven and watches it for a few minutes. I’m glad that I tried because I love pizza, this will be a first and last for me. I still love the name, it’s very catchy!

When this 1000 degrees location initially opened they were great! But over time the service has declined greatly. The original store manager was promoted and it has been down hill ever since. There aren’t any«real» managers in there to make sure the business is run efficiently. There are a bunch of kids who barely have any experience and they are promoted to manager and assistant manager. It is very slow and unorganized.

I always enjoy my meal here. Always made quickly. and I’m always greeted by smiling faces. Jesse is such a welcoming manager, always does his best to help customers out and make them feel important. Plus he is super handsome and is a hard worker! I come here quite often and every experience is better than the last!

It is nice to be able to dump lots of toppings on the pizza as you walk down the line(think Chipotle for pizza), but the final product was not hot — certainly not 1000 degrees, more like 200 degrees. The toppings were not cooked and the plain cheese pizza was pretty bland. Its pretty easy to find better pizza in NJ. The price was pretty good, however, especially with the endless stream of coupons they send out.

The pizza was definitely not 1000 degrees. It wasn’t even hot, or cooked. The mushrooms were raw, the place was dirty and the food was flavorless. The kids working were more concerned with smoking outside than working. I will really never be back. Management was responsive to this posting which I really respect. I wish them well on getting their issues corrected and may give it another try some day. I’ll amend to be 2 stars so that it’s not as damaging because of one night of poor employee performance.

My family can never decide on toppings. So we go here. Pizza made to order, exactly as you wish. They assemble your pizza as you want it. And I want it my way!

I absolutely love this place! My office is almost 10 miles away and my business partner and I make it our business to have lunch here at least 1 – 2 times a week! Now, let’s get down to «brass tacks»: THEPIZZA: Considering I am Jersey born-and-bred I consider myself a pizza connoisseur(read: snob!) I am mindful of flavor, sauce to cheese ratio and most importantly crust. 1000 Degrees, literally, gets it right every time. Now that may because you’re standing over the person who is making your pizza; so you are your own quality control! But, honestly, as long as it’s great, who cares?! THESERVICE: Because I visit this place so often, I feel like I’ve met 70% of every staff member there and they’re all very friendly. Our favorite is Jake(not from State Farm!) He’s not old enough to be the owner but whenever he’s there he acts like he owns the place – in the best way possible. He check’s every pizza, he makes sure each customer is getting great service and he’s always working with the staff to make sure things are taken care of. Not to mention, he’s just a hell of a nice guy. PRICES: Great! Especially for the high end shopping area you’re in. They also have a free loyalty card program. So after you buy 10 or so pizza’s(personal or large) you get one free. Which has not been that hard to accomplish for me ;-)

Underwhelming. What started out as a promising experience turned into a rather lackluster meal out. The service was slow and unorganized, and while they got one custom order right(no bacon), they botched the other(with meatballs.) For 1000 degrees, we expected a crunchy, crispy crust. What we got was rather limp and dough-y. Also, once my order came out sans meatballs, they took it back, threw it out and started over. I think I would rather have had the meatballs thrown on top and back in the oven for the well done crust. Not bad, but not really great either. Not sure we’ll try again any time soon.

I am so excited to write to review after visiting the Bridgewater, NJ location for lunch. A colleague and I ordered 2 different pies to try when we arrived. The first one, white pizza with truffles was because of a review that we read and it was even better than we could have imagined!!! The second pie was ordered because I saw 2 gentlemen sitting down at a table and watched what they ordered come out. It looked incredible. Three cheeses including mozzarella and ricotta, crumbled sausage, pepperoni, diced tomatoes, and drizzled garlic and basil oil. I had to order it and try it for myself. This had to be THEBESTPIZZAEVER!!! The greatest part is that we had some left over and I got to take it home for my kids to try. The ate every bite and cheered all night that one should open in Westchester County, NY.

I really like this place. The crust is amazing, the middle of the pizza is the down fall. It’s too soft, and every slice that I picked up bent. Causing everything to fall off of my pizza. It’s ok though! They have forks, so everything can be scooped up. The staff’s very friendly and attentive. Great place to come if hanging out with friends or on a lunch break. I would definitely come back!

My GF and I tried the gluten free pizza here the other day, and it was quite disappointing. If you eat«regular» pizza this review might not be relevant to you. But with a growing number of people eating gluten free, and a number of restaurants in the area offering excellent Gluten free pizza, I don’t think in 2015 that a «premium» pizza shop should be offering below par fare. The crust was obviously frozen — okay fine, but the rice based crust had no flavor and the tomato sauce and cheese were very thinly applied. It sure isn’t going to hurt you, but there are much better commercially available pizza crusts on the market now, so why settle for bland?

I guess there is something to be said for not writing a review on your first visit, but we’ll start there. My first visit was pretty good. The line was just about out the door, and they were fresh off of a grand opening. I figured this place was worth trying out, and the pizza(Classic Margherita) was really good… so good that I had to come back. I waited a couple of months before returning, since I’m not a huge pizza eater. The second visit wasn’t so great. Dare I say it, the pizza tasted as if they just pulled it out the freezer and heated it up. And the crust was way too thin. Their pizza however is «never frozen», heated over the fire for two minutes, and that’s after you choose your toppings. I purposely ordered the Classic Margherita again, since I had no time to be disappointed with a different item off the menu. I will try them again since the pizza was so good the first time –possibly trying something different.

I was super satisfied with this place and really surprised actually. You can get $ 8.95 for an 11 inch pizza with unlimited toppings if you make your own pizza. There’s a bunch of sauces, toppings and cheeses you can chose from. The crush is nice, thin and crispy fluffy. IT’S AWESOME!!! Especially If you compare it to any other pizza place that charges you an extra $ 2 for 2 pieces of mushroom. The crust and nice and fluffy I got 5 different types of cheese and 10 or so veggie toppings. Keep in mind, I’m also a weirdo who prefers more toppings to actually crust/bready part. The pizza crust didn’t hold up to the amount of stuff I put on mine after it got cold but idc! I loved it anyway because I love veggies and cheese! I would def suggest trying this place. You’ll be satisfied!

I like the idea behind this place. They use extremely hot ovens to cook your pizza fast which should produce a high quality pizza. Any food scientist knows that the shorter time you heat or cool a product, the better the quality turns out. The pizza I ate had pepperoni on it and it was definitely delicious. Nothing spectacular as I have had many good pizzas in my day. The price was so worth the quality. I like the vast array of toppings they offer and the quality of ingredients is top notch. Definitely not the best pizza I have ever had but certainly delicious. The location is great as well. Right next to the Bridgewater mall, it is a great pit stop for anybody looking to get a quick bite for a decent price.

So I’m the first one writing a review so I’ll make it somewhat detailed. For those that don’t know this is a small chain that started here locally in jersey. They do things different than a normal pizzeria, they try to expedite the process and make you the chef with a Touch of simplicity. Your the chef, you order online add all the toppings you want most are included in the same price of just $ 8.95! Then drive to them and pick it up. At this time they don’t have delivery which stinks! Has high potential if they allow delivery in my opinion. The other thing they are known for is there speed, by the time you place your order you get a email confirmation telling you that your pizzas will be ready in 10 minutes. So only place order when your ready to head over. Final suggestion would be, not to go by there popular choices and instead customize your own, it’s actually the same price you make it the way you like it and you can add a ton of extra toppings. The pizza itself is delicious they pride themselves in high quality ingredients and it shows(for now). Hopefully they will be able to sustain this level of quality. The crust is crunchy and not thick. And for those of you that like to be complicated you can! At the end of the order there is a comments section where you add any comments on the way you want your pizza. To wrap things up its a great pizza place, same quality as CalifornianPizza Kitchen at a fraction of the price! Only problem is parking! Especially with the chipotle cult.
