First of all, they are barely open. Open bounce from 10:30 to Noon, Monday thru Friday, sometimes. I’ve shown up during open hours, only to find the door locked. They are not open for any weekends through the entire month of June. I bought a Groupon months ago for 10 visits, but I’ve only been able to take my daughter once because of their sporadic hours. Also, there is a weird«mandatory» snack, which I did not understand, nor did I want my daughter eating. It was two bowls of chips and Cheetos with soda. I’m sure some people appreciated it, but it’s not what I feed my 3– year– old, and we didn’t come here for a snack. This«snack time» also knocked another 20 minutes off of her bounce time, which was only 90 minutes to begin with. It certainly could have been cleaner, and the attendants are completely useless. I actually thought«who are these weird teenagers hanging out at the bounce house?» I just don’t understand this place. If I had paid full price for admittance, I would be pretty pissed.

Enjoyed Open Bounce on Sunday morning. Not crowded. Clean enough. No charge for parents but we still got to play and it was fun, not to mention a great workout! Enjoyed slides, obstacle course and bouncing. We switched rooms halfway through due to a party. Not a problem — glad to experience both rooms as they are different. Would return. Look for deals on Groupon & Living Social.

Dirty and the attendants do very little. The bathrooms were clean, my kids had fun but I would never have come here if it wasn’t for a birthday party. The owners need to take better care of the equipment and clean it once in a while. I will need to hose my kids down as soon as we get home!

Do not enter! Equipment is dirty. The owner(s) do not care about your business or your child. Very poor customer service and not worth your time. Better experiences await at a McDonald’s Playplace.
