It didn’t take much to get a 5 star from me. They had shoes. In size 7. For whatever reason NOBODY carries shoes in that size — you just can’t get them. Kids departments end at 6, adults don’t generally start until 7.5 or 8. I was desperate having visited EVERY store in the mall, and even calling the INCREDIBLY expensive shoe store across the street (And no, I will not be spending 160 bucks on «clearance» shoes that my son will out grow in twenty minutes!). Walked in here and they paraded out no less than 8 different pairs of dress shoes in size 7, 5 of which were under a hundred bucks.
Wish I’d known about this place before I spent the day going crazy!

If I could give them no stars, I would. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady who was supposed to be helping us was not at all helpful. We waited over twenty minutes for her to bring us a different shoe size, and she hasn’t gotten around to it. During the twenty minutes, she never gave us any indication that she remembered we were there, and her attitude indicated an overall lack of caring. We left after twenty minutes of being ignored, and she lost a potential sale. While the shoes are very comfortable, I shouldn’t have to deal with the sales person’s attitude. This is especially true given all the other options available.
