Helpful and friendly in every way. They work as a great team and nothing gets in their way to help you get the best experience. They know how to use the system to get you the very best deal possible that is currently offered. No funny business. The site is secure and clean, well lighted and convenient. The use of their truck was a massive plus-​you pay for the gas-​keep the receipt-​and take care of their truck and it is yours to use. Get it early and get it back by 5. I asked if they were priced higher or lower than the competition. They admitted they could be a little higher. Not so, I checked two places and they were actually lower. Give the manager and the assistant manager big raises for competence.

Very smooth transaction. Lanette explained everything clearly, in and out in 15 minutes. Facility is clean and well kept. John is always checking in to see if all is well. Would use them again!
