Came in here and was quickly serviced. Yet our problem was not solved on the spot.

I have to update my review for this Men’s Wearhouse. When I first came here to get measurements done for my tuxedo, it was simple enough. It was only simple enough because nobody else was in the store. The bottomline is — this place does not have enough people working here. Initially, I called a couple of days early to see if my tux was ready. The girl who answered the phone that day asked me when the event was, so I told her. She then proceeded to tell me that it wouldn’t be ready until two days before the event. She clearly didn’t check(obvious foreshadowing). But, fair enough I thought — it was worth giving it a shot. Then about two hours later I had a voicemail on my phone from a random 908 number. When I listened to the voicemail, it was a man from Men’s Wearhouse telling me that my tux was ready early. Strange, I thought. She could have at least checked, but she clearly didn’t. When I went to pick up my tux, the place was an absolute madhouse. I guess we’re getting into prom season, but all I needed to do was pick up a tux. I was there way too long. The guys try to be helpful but they are completely overwhelmed. Like most of the other Men’s Wearhouse stores, this place is almost impossible to get in and out of. There’s no such thing as a quick trip here. I still prefer this location to the one on the Somerville circle but not by much.
