After my car was towed to Mike’s, they informed me that the car was sent to the auto body shop the next day. I found out four days later that Mike’s had not, in fact, released the car as they told me they did. This mistake set my repairs back by four days, and has resulted in four additional days of rental expense.

These guys are awesome! I broke down on 22 and they were not only there within 20 minutes but so accommodating and helped me through the entire process. The driver Mike also waited while my ride came. When I arrived at Mikes to pickup my vehicle the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend

i unfortunately locked myself out of my truck.
called mikes, they showed up quickly, two guys on the truck, one guy opened the door, while paying the one guy, the other guy was near my truck.
when i got in, i noticed that my cell phone was gone, luckily i have a dashcam, that captures both the front and rear.
sure enough, the driver by my truck, took the phone.
i went right to their office, and threatened to call the cops, i was then given my phone, the driver said it was just like his, apparently he thought he dropped it out of his pocket… right
i suggest you avoid them

Mike personally called me and told me what was wrong with my truck. He quoted me a good price and that was the price I paid. The service was great, done in the same day. The work his guys did was fantastic. Thank you Mike. There is something to be said for an owner who calls you personally to speak about your issues, especially considering how big his business is.

Stay away!!! I was quoted 150 over the phne just to look at my vehicle but when I got there they charged me a discount of 250. They charged me 70 to replace a brand new filter that I never Ok’d them to change since I had just replaced it 2mnths earlier. Felt like I was raped by personally by Mike … Thanks Mike! Welcome to Bridgewater!
