If I could give zero stars I would. I usually only write positive reviews. There is literally NOTHING positive I can find about this company. Call customer service and get yelled at because there are no notes in your account that you’ve been complaining about for 2 years. I had a wonderful Company that was bought out by these lunatics and cannot morally let any other people deal with this company without warning. Find a different company.

Unilocal should allow people to Select zero stars. Worst propane company out there. they have poor customer service do not give a rats ass about complains or concerns of the customers. I have nothing positive to say about this company

If you don’t mind dealing with customer service who call their customers stupid, rude, and a female dog(the synonym…), then this is the right company for you. Yes, this happened to us. After getting a second temporary propane tank in the winter because we were going through propane faster than expected(due to recently discovered shoddy insulation), we called in the spring when it warmed up to have the temporary tank removed. What we thought would be a 2 minute phone call turned into the Osterman customer service calling my girlfriend the above mentioned names while on speaker phone. I was baffled, disgusted, and infuriated all in one. I had never heard anything like it before; customer service *literally yelling* at the customer. «The customer is always right» is a phrase heard and understood by no one at this company. Advice: be a customer elsewhere.

Here is everything you need to know about them: I recently moved to a new home and the propane tank was almost full. Osterman mailed me a contract and wanted a 5 year commitment at above market rates. We were hesitant on signing it given their very bad reviews on Unilocal.Then on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving they crept into the yard and took the regulator off the tank to try to force us to sign with them. No one called us, no one knocked a door. Clearly a malicious move and a greatest hit in some of the worst customer service ever. Thank you Osterman for a very memorable 1st Thanksgiving in our new home.(insert photo of crying children here).
